Turmeric chicken noodle salad

Salad for dinner.  This time on a bed of sesame noodles, topped with greens, sauteed white onion and fresh corn and turmeric chicken

Turmeric is an ingredient that can help reduce inflammation.  Its bright color is what gives mustard its yellow hue.  Turmeric lends rich warm heat flavors without being “hot”.
